In this dynamic environment, we are looking for an ambitious and self-driven Associate to join our HR Outsourcing team in Athens.
As a part of our team you will

Support the design, update and implementation of HR policies and procedures
-
Ensure effective onboarding / offboarding plans
-
Administer Compensation & Benefits plans
-
Maintain accurate physical and digital personnel records
-
Update recruiting, performance management, and training databases
-
Gather and analyze data through useful HR metrics and prepare relevant reports and presentations
-
Support the recruitment process (e.g. publish ads, screen CVs, schedule interviews, etc.)
-
Gather monthly payroll and absence data and review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance
-
Respond to employees’ queries in an effective and timely manner
What we are looking for

BSc in Business Administration, Economics or related disciplines
-
MSc in HRM will be considered an advantage
-
One to three (1-3) years of professional experience as an HR Assistant, HR Generalist or in relevant role
-
Familiarity with HR functions
-
Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
-
Excellent computer skills, proficient user of MS Office
-
Knowledge of Greek labor law will be considered a plus
-
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Outstanding organizational & multitasking skills
-
Attention to detail & numerical understanding
-
A confident and positive attitude with strong team working ethics but also with the ability to work autonomously
