Novibet is looking for the next KYC & Customer Support Agent to join our team in our offices in Athens.

Your role

  • Performing checks on customers and requesting the relevant KYC documents in compliance with any regulatory governing bodies and based on determined customer risk level
  • Handle daily internal back-office tasks
  • Deal directly & manage effectively customer queries via live chat, email, telephone & social media
  • Escalate any suspicious behavior or transactions
  • Monitor customer behavior to ensure responsible gambling is observed
  • Provide information about products & services
  • Build up knowledge of customer verification process for different regulations including verifying player's documents


Requirements

  • High School Degree from an accredited University
  • Fluency in English & Greek (oral and written)
  • Prior experience in a similar role or in a back-office customer support role is appreciated
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Computer literacy
  • Flexibility to work on shift rotation
